During my time in the IT department at my previous job, I was involved for a long period in supporting the construction of WMS (Warehouse Management System) in the customer service department. From an IT perspective, I was able to participate in many logistics center startup projects, and having experienced numerous failures, I wanted to share what I believe is important based on my overarching experiences, which is why I picked up the pen.
